Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack 2009 was released in April 2009. Windows 7 support will be added in MED-V 1.0 SP1. Windows 7 support is available for all components except for Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Virtualization (MED-V), which provides deployment and management of virtual Windows desktops to help enterprises upgrade to the latest version of Windows even when some applications are not yet compatible.
